PhD position, funded by PNRR funds and by Unigrà SpA (https://www.unigra.itavailable at the Department of Agri-food, Environmental and Animal Sciences (DI4A) of the'Università degli Studi di Udine
Research project title: “Characterization of mineral oil contamination in vegetable oils and fats and study of innovative and sustainable approaches for their mitigation, with a focus on the most toxic aromatic components”..
Ideal candidates for this position have a master's degree (degree awarded by October 2024) in subjects related to food chemistry, analytical chemistry and organic chemistry.
L'attività di ricerca prevede un periodo in azienda (6 mesi) e un periodo presso una università/ente di ricerca estero (6 mesi).
